MEET THE FOUNDER
Marcus Covarrubias is the founder and designer of Truthalize Clothing. Having wanting to start a clothing brand back when he was in high school, he wanted to start up a brand called Optical Industries. After playing with that name and concept for a while, he decided that there had to be more of a vision, to a name and brand. Year's later he came up with the idea for a brand that everyone could wear, no matter what age or preference a person was associated themselves with. Wanting to make people laugh, think for themselves, bring awareness, all while having fun and pissing off a few people along the way, in 2014 he came up with the vision for Truthalize. An entirely made up name that was based off the values and ideas of his late father who was big on hard work, integrity, and knew that there was more than meets the eye to all things. Along with Marcus being the type of person that he is, which is wheather it be good or bad, you'll know he is in the room and like him or not, you'll never forget a person like him. So by putting all that together, he came up with the brand that he could be proud of. With the clothing line being his first priority, he hopes to take the Truthalize name into the cigar and music industry one day.
